1 – Dates
From Friday 20th to Sunday August 22nd 2010 according to the following program :
- Afternoon of Thursday August 19th 2010 from 4 p.m. 00 : Arrival with GRAY, reception and installation
- Friday 20th, Saturday 21st, morning of Sunday August 22nd 2010 : Matches of qualification
- Afternoon of Sunday August 22nd 2010 : Finales (end of the tournament envisaged towards 6 p.m. 00)
2 – Grounds
Matches on external grounds in the town of Gray and the villages close. For the senior male category and in the event of bad weather : matches in room.
3 – Categories
3 - 1 – Female
- Less than 16 years (- 16 F): Players born in 1995, 1996 and 1997
- Less than 18 years (- 18 F): Players born in 1993, 1994 and 1995
- Senior (SF) : No condition of age
3 - 2 – Male
- Less than 16 years (- 16 M): Players born in 1995, 1996 and 1997
- Less than 18 years (- 18 M): Players born in 1993, 1994 and 1995
- Senior (SM): No condition of age
For the senior male category, if the number of candidates teams is too high, the Steering Committee reserves the right to less carry out a selection by giving the priority to the clubs also introducing one or more team(s) than 16 years and/or less than 18 years.
4 - Rules of the game and clubs accepted
Rules of the game of the national and international federations of handball. Rule established by the Steering Committee and official statement to all the teams.
The tournament is opened for all the clubs : Civil, school, university, corporative and any selection affiliated to the national federations of handball.
5 - Conditions of participation
Very important information : The participation in the tournament is under the responsibility of its club namely framing and insurances. Any incident occurring during a match is dealt with by the insurance of the club of the player.
The participants will be obligatorily provided with a document of identity with photography and date of birth. A control will be carried out before the matches.
6 – Arbitration
Direction of the matches by official referees.
7 - Trainings and friendly meetings
Possibility of trainings and friendly meetings on the grounds and rooms unused after request made to the organizers.
8 – Animations
The program is established with the will to make the stay of the participants very pleasant :
- Friday August 20th 2010 at the beginning of evening : Procession downtown, official reception and evening on the place of the town hall of GRAY
- Saturday August 21st 2010 in evening (up to 1. 00 of the morning) : Dance in the village hall of GRAY
All these demonstrations are free for the participants of the tournament.
At the time of the procession of the participants, special prices will be allotted to the clubs whose teams will present themselves in behaviour of their country or their area. Only the participants in the procession will receive the memory of the tournament.
Moreover one chart of free access to the swimming pool discovered equipped with a watery tobbogan will be given to each participant valid for the duration of the tournament.

9 – Rewards
The best teams receive a prize of value (an object by player with a maximum of 12 for a team), cups for all the teams.
Moreover a splendid challenge for one year will be remitted to the best participating French club. The classification is determined by addition of the points obtained by all the teams of this club in the various categories of participation (example : In a category with 8 teams, the first marks 8 points, second 7 points, etc…). Condition to be classified : To introduce at least 3 teams at the tournament.
10 - Financial conditions
Registration fee : 120.00 € per team. The teams will deal with, their expenses, the voyage, housing and the meals with the following possibilities whose choice is to be specified on the card of inscription.
10 - 1 – Lodging(s)
- Bed(s) in a school : Each participant will have at his disposal a bed with mattress but will have to bring a sleeping bag - Price all-in of 32.00 € per person for the stay
- Camp-site : The participants will bring their tent and their material of camp-site - Price all-in of 12.00 € per person for the stay
- Room (of school or the festivals) : Each club will have an empty room (each participant will have to bring camp bed or air mattress and sleeping bag) - Price all-in of 12.00 € per person for the stay
Prices above include the maximum lodging from Thursday evening to Monday morning.
The list of the closest hotels will be communicated on request.
10 - 2 – Breakfas(s), lunch(s) and dinner(s)
- Breakfast(s) in self-service store - Price of 2.00 € per person and breakfast
- Lunch(s) in self-service store - Price of 8.00 € per person and lunch
- Dinner(s) in self-service store - Price of 8.00 € per person and dinner
The list of the closest restaurants will be communicated on request.
The choice is fixed at the inscription and valid for all the duration of the tournament.
Very important information : To avoid the problems of behaviour in the places of lodging, we will establish if necessary, a rule which each registered club will have to accept and sign (deposit of a guarantee of 150.00 €). In the absence of agreement, the teams of this club will not be able to participate. In the event of non-observance of the commitments entered into, the sanctions envisaged will be strictly applied.
11 – Transport
Transport during the tournament can be free assured for the teams without means of transport between the places lodging and the grounds.

The card of joined inscription is to be returned to us before June 15th 2010, one specimen for each teem committed with the payment of the corresponding down payments (non recoverable in the event of desistance) : Registration fee + 40% of the expenses of lodging(s), breakfast(s), lunch(s) and dinner(s).
